The 'Cowboy Car'

 From 1982 to 1984 Chrysler dipped their toes in the sporty pickup arena.  The solution was unique, but not American enough to be a sales success, which Road & Track's reviewers picked up on right from the start.  Today the Dodge Rampage / Plymouth Scamp pickups are rare beasts indeed
